How FutureKeepers collects, uses, and protects your information. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to you.

What we collect
- Contact & beta-access forms: your name, email, organisation, and any message you send — used only to reply and to assess pilot requests.
- Essential cookies: the access cookie for the gated Studio area.
- Cookieless analytics: aggregate, privacy-friendly usage via Vercel Analytics — no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
- Marketing pixels (opt-in only): Meta, TikTok, and Klaviyo load only after you consent. See the cookie policy for details and opt-out.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, run the partner beta, send transactional confirmations, and — with consent — measure marketing. We do not sell your data.
Sharing & processors
We use trusted processors: Resend (transactional email), Klaviyo (newsletter / lead list), Vercel (hosting + cookieless analytics), and — with consent — Meta and TikTok (advertising measurement). Each processes data under its own terms.
Retention
We keep enquiry and lead data only as long as needed to act on it, then delete or anonymise it. Consent choices are stored first-party so we don’t re-prompt you unnecessarily.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. EU/UK visitors have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. Email us to exercise any of these.
International audience
FutureKeepers works with communities worldwide. Where data crosses borders, we rely on our processors’ safeguards. This site does not knowingly collect data from children.
