Using this site
You may browse the public site freely. Don’t misuse it — no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to gated areas.
Partner beta
The Studio is an invitation-only beta provided as-is, without warranties. Access is granted after a qualifying conversation and may be changed or revoked. Beta features may be incomplete or change without notice.
Content & AI outputs
The Studio uses AI to help produce content. Generated output is a draft — you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before you publish it. See our AI disclosure. You retain rights to content you input; you are responsible for having the rights to it.
Intellectual property
The FutureKeepers name, brand, and site content are ours or our licensors’. Don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FutureKeepers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or beta. Nothing here excludes liability that can’t legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
